Dima Ayyash is a UX expert with a robust background in UX research and design management. She excels in UX research, product strategy, and UX operations for B2B and B2C products. Dima combines her background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience with systems-level thinking to better serve people through technology.
Dima received her Bachelor’s and Masters degrees from MIT and her foundational research training at MIT and Harvard.
She has had the privilege of living and working in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. She speaks Arabic, English, and Spanish and is based in New York City.
